• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
• Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed for missed or late appointments. We reserve the right to assess on a case-by-case basis.
